Established in 2001, EHSS provides a range of services - including IT, procurement and HR services - to the Eastern Regional Health Authority and the three Area Health Boards in the Eastern Region.
iQ Content will work with the EHSS development team to plan and design an accessible, customer-focused website. iQ Content will also provide auditing, validation and testing services to ensure that EHSS's web and intranet sites conform with Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) and National Disability Authority (NDA) guidelines.
"Accessibility is a key concern for us, in order to fulfil our public sector requirements and to deliver quality services to all our customers." said Eoin Darcy, Senior Project Manager ICT Services at EHSS. "We are happy that iQ Content's unique mix of experience, expertise, and value made them the successful bidder for this project."
"Addressing the accessibility challenge offers an excellent opportunity to revitalize your web strategy and serve your customers better" says Morgan McKeagney, Managing Director of iQ Content. "We're delighted to get this opportunity to help EHSS to deliver effective web and intranet services for all its customers."
