Paul Fitzsimons - Senior Analyst

Paul is a senior analyst, with over five years' experience in accessibility, content development systems analysis, and web usability.

Paul joined iQ Content in January 2003. Since then, he has been project lead on many complex web accessibility and usability projects for clients such as Vodafone, VHI Healthcare, Dublin City Council and the EHSS. He is also responsible for iQ Content's overall operation management and project delivery.

Paul is a recognised web accessibility, usability, and content technologies expert, subjects on which he has written and presented extensively. He also has extensive experience analysing and modelling business processes and a broad knowledge of content management technologies.

Prior to joining iQ Content, Paul worked as part of the R&D group in SkillSoft (formerly SmartForce), which had responsibility for the company's accessibility initiative. There, he helped define the company's skillsets, processes, and guidelines for creating accessible Flash content.
