Google Search Appliance Tip - Searching Multiple Collections

Fresh from the Official Google Enterprise blog, Nitin Mangtani, the Google Search Appliance Product Manager, shares a nice simple tip on how to search across multiple collections by modifying the site parameter in the querystring or GET request.
Searching multiple collections using boolean AND and OR
By using the logical OR operator (”|”) you can search for content that exists in one of a number of collections and by using the AND operator (”.”), content that exists in all of a number of collections.
