Hot from the Google Enterprise blog, Cyrus Mistry, from the Google Enterprise team has just announced that the Google Search Appliance has picked up the “Product of the year” prize from the Intranet Journal.

We recently announced the Google Search Appliance as being behind the new Irish Government search portal, search.gov.ie, so we’re delighted to see the “big yellow box” acknowledged for the magnificent performances it has put in to enterprise search
