Podcast on web analytics with Gerry Gaffney

Have you heard about UXpod — the User Experience Podcast? If not, you should add it to your list of required reading, or rather, listening. It’s a series of interviews that Irish ex-pat, now Aussie resident, Gerry Gaffney has held with various people in the industry. And Gerry’s talked with some of the biggest names: Alan Cooper, Steve Krug, and Joel Spolsky, among others. The informality of the setup is its strength, along with Gerry’s knack for asking the questions you’d like to ask yourself.

But in this case I’m just shamelessly promoting myself — Gerry’s latest podcast is a conversation he had with me about web analytics — what they’re good for, why they’re hard to do, and where Google Analtyics fits into the equation.
Have a listen and tell us what you think, or at least have a look at his full list of interviews — you’re bound to see something there that’s worth 20 minutes of your time.
