Last year, we grabbed some people off the street, sat them down in front of our laptops, and forced them through some Irish transport websites. No, we’re not sadists. It was World Usability Day 2008.

For the anniversary, and to celebrate World Usability Day 2009, we thought we’d take a look at what we found and what has changed. Oh, and we’re also opening our own studio and throwing a little party.
