IIA Congress: Web Analytics and measuring the success (or failure) of your website

It's that time of year again and the IIA congress is almost upon us. There's an excellent line-up by the looks of it and we're chairing a breakout session on web analytics

Brian Donohue, our resident web analytics expert, is chairing a breakout session on Web Analytics and measuring the success (or failure) of your website

What's web analytics?

Too few of our clients, whether they're blue-chip multi-nationals, major government departments, or ambitious start-ups, have actually figured out how to intelligently use web analytics. Why? Because they're buried in masses of data, and they don't know what questions they should be asking.

What will be covered?

  • How do you know if you're getting value for money from your web analytics application?
  • How do we figure out if we're watching the numbers that matter most?
  • What are the top 2 or 3 metrics/reports that could make a difference for your organisation?
  • Who should own analytics within an organisation and how much time should it take?
  • How do you get people to pay more attention to web analytics in your organisation?

When and where?

The IIA Congress will take place on 17th May 2007, Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel, Killiney, Dublin.
