Usable Language
Make your site better (on the cheap). This workshop will show you how to improve ROI through language alone. We'll focus on writing in the context of usability, accessibility, analytics, navigation, wireframing, information architecture, and more. The workshop will teach you how language is the center of many of the tools we use to measure and improve websites. Can't afford extensive user testing? Try a quick and easy card sort. Can't afford a total redesign? Try a simple content touch-up to reinvigorate your existing design. We'll show you how a simple and inexpensive content review can earn big gains for your site.
This workshop is hosted by Elizabeth McGuane and Randall Snare
