I'm not making this up. The latest trend identified by marketers and futurewatchers is that of 'curated consumption'. Apparently, time-starved consumers are being thrown 'into the arms of a new breed of 'curators' and editors, who pre-select for them what to buy, what to experience, what to what to wear, what to read, what to drink and so on'. MTV Cribs, What Not to Wear, and Queer Eye for the Straight Guy are all examples of this - it says here.
