This, the first progress report on Ireland's second Government Action Plan on the Information Society, outlines the progress made since March 2002 on key infrastructures and support frameworks for the information society. According to the report, 'The slow delivery of the Public Services Broker is the biggest issue in the development of eGovernment,' and more than a third of projects are delayed.
