Customer-focused eGovernment

Accenture's latest study of global eGovernment maturity identifies major trends in eGovernment, concluding that improved customer service and increasing usage are crucial in implementing initiaves effectively. It also points out that new targets are needed, as availability does not mean much if the service is so bad nobody wants to use it.
