iQ Exnet

The iQ Exnet is a service that enables you – our clients – to access our fantastic online project management tool. Instead of relying on phone calls, emails, and meetings to keep up to date, you can check on your project's progress just by logging in to our extranet. Milestones and to-do lists can be accessed by everyone. But it's much more than just a means to keep on an eye on what we're doing.

Communicate Centrally

This tool also can function as a centralized communication manager – messages can be created on the system and automatically emailed to all relevant parties. People can then add comments, or add new messages. Everyone can also attach files to the messages. This means that all relevant communication and files can be accessed and stored in one place. This is one of those ideas that just makes sense. No more trying to figure out what happened previously on a project, or who said what a couple weeks ago. With this tool, it's all right there for you.

For example, we can post initial drafts of a review we perform, with some specific recommendations. Then you can provide feedback to us, perhaps attaching a document with some screen grabs, via this tool. This back and forth can happen several times, and this project history is automatically archived and made visible. When multiple people are involved in a project, particularly at different stages, it makes it much easier to keep everyone in the loop.
